Dropdown list blank

I am using InfoPath 2007 and have a dropdown list on my form bound to a
database lookup field. The lookup values are in a separate table and I have
the Entries bound to this table. There are two fields in this table, ID and
Description. Value is set to ID and Display is set to Description. When I
preview my form the dropdown list only shows one blank row. I am overlooking
something?

Is your DB connection set to query on load, or have you manually queried the
connection?

I'm sorry newbie to Infopath. I have tried setting db to cache queried info
and not to cache but still get same results. I also changed the relationship
of 2nd table but am getting the same results. There are nine records in the
query table but they do not show.

Please explain "DB connection set to query on load" and "manually queried".

I figured out what my problem is thanks to the response from Greg. I did not
add a Secondary data source. I just added a table to the Main Connection and
used it which did not show the data.

Glad to hear you got it working. Secondary data source is best for
populating drop-down values. Good job!
