I'm trying to figure out if there is an options setting that controls the
start time in the drop down box for flag follow-up times. My drop down list
starts at 8:30pm and I'm trying to set the default to start at 9:00am so I
don't have to scroll up to the top of the list. I'm using Outlook 2002
