Dropdown menus (not hidden)

FrontPage 2003

I'd like to place about 6-8 drop down menus on a website I'm taking over
that's in FrontPage2003.

As an example, some of the Main Menus could be:
Home Products What's New Services Contact Us Marketing Legal
etc.....

Each drop-down menu would possibly have multiple entries (except Home).
Hence, Products could have Computers, Monitors, Disk drives,... Services
could have Time and Materials, Contract, Pre-Pay.... Each entry in the
drop-down menu would link to a separate webpage on the website.

This would allow me to expand the basic page size etc. in order to have more
information on each webpage.

How can I do the drop-down menus then? I've currently got a selection menu
on the left side of each webpage, but I'd like to have drop-down menus.
TIA,
