dsca.exec applications error

Opening Outlook in Windows XP, I continue to receive an error message,
dsca.exec application error (0xc0000135). Outlook works fine once I have
closed this box.
How to eliminate

It's something Dell has installed on your computer.
Uninstall it if you don't use it or check with Dell for on update on this
application or support.
