DSOFramer 1.3 - FrameHookPolicy doesn't work in IE8 for Word 2003

Hi Experts,

We have developed application which uses DSOFramer 1.3. We use
FrameHookPolicy (value 1) to solve problem of disabled toolbar when Desktop
MS Word document is opened.
This works fine in the following environment:
- IE7 + Office 2003/Office 2007
- IE8 + Office 2007
But it' not working in IE8 + Office 2003.

Any pointers would be really helpful.
