DST changes for Arizona

My local LAN is located in Arizona which DOES NOT observer daylight savings
time. Do I still need to apply DST patches?

Office doesn't care where your LAN is, just where your computer's local
system time zone is set to.

So you probably don't need to apply the updates for the DST fix, but you
may want to for the security and stability features.
