Dual Head Monitor Problem

When I switch over to dual head display, Office 2003 suddenly loses the "XP
theme" and reverts back to what looks like a 16 bit color scheme.

Everything used to work fine, but this morning when I booted up Office was
not displaying properly. I downloaded and installed the latest video drivers
(Matrox Millenium G550 AGP), but that didn't help. I then turned off dual
head display, and Office went back to normal (XP style).

Does anyone have a clue how to get office back to working order on a dual
monitor system? I can't stand looking at that ugly interface!!!
