Dual monitord in use, but problems with the "Synch" issue

Concerning: PowerPoint X Service Release 1 on OS 10.3.2 and Powerbook
G4 1.25Ghz

Hello,

I am unable to synch the presentation screen showing the presentation
only with the computer screen showing the presentatin and notes. That
means that if I advance the presentation with both screens in use
either the notes page or the presentation gets left behind.

I also have found several threads going back to 2001 concerning this
issue. Does anybody know how to solve this problem? I guess I will
have to write a Macro, eh?

Look at my free SyncViews add-in at http://officeone.mvps.org/addins.html -
you can beam the slide show through the projector and keep the slides on
your other monitor in-sync with the projected one using this add-in. See if
it helps.

Hi Chirag, thanks much for your help! I will try the SyncViews
program next week. If it's good, I'll buy it. I really appreciate
your response, I'm just a little late in saying so!
