Dual Monitors - Word is Always Opening on Wrong Monitor

I am running dual monitors and Word 2007 is always opening on the
wrong monitor (#2).
All other Office 2007 applications are correctly opening on the
correct monitor (#1).
Is there a registry setting or some other way that I can correct this
problem.

Grab the window and move it to the correct monitor (blue area at top)

Interesting.
I tried that when the window was maximized, but it would not move.
I then double clicked on the title bar, the window was no longer
maximized and then I could move it and the move was persistent when I
opened Word 2007 again.
