Dumb Question

But what do I have to hit to typeover when I'm in a text box in Powerpoint?
It is very aggrevating when you have a huge presentation with lots and lots
of text and you can't do that....

gp,

If I understand your question correctly....

You want to type over the text in a presentation.

Hmm.... you could press the 'Ins' or 'Insert' key on your keyboard to
'overtype' any existing text.

But the easiest bet is to select all the text in a text box by using the
mouse, to click at the start of the text, while keeping your left mouse
button down - drag to the end of the text, then press the Delete key on your
keyboard. Then type away :)

Hmm, let's see...

Have all of the text that you want to type captured in the Clipboard. Place
your cursor anywhere in the text and activate the special keyboard macro
that you created that spits out

<Home><Shift><End><Ctrl>V

NEXT!
