Soren, you are beautiful for taking the time to do this. There are lots
of random non-Mac messages here, and we've not been able to figure out
why. This is *extremely* helpful.

It wound up in the Mac group again, as maybe you can tell--that whole
little group right there with the first Word I suspect is all Mac. If
you type "word space a" really fast, that dropdown list will jump to
Word Application Errors and a whole bunch of groups prefixed with Word.
Those are all the right groups for WinWord, which gets so much traffic
it's split up into types of problems.

That dropdown list is a nightmare! Of course people just type Word, and
that takes them to the wrong place--and of course they don't know.
