Printing a calendar (two pages per month) in duplex mode no longer works! The
old outlook would add a blank page so that the left side of January would
appear across from the right side of January. In 2003, it prints the left
half of January on Page 1 and it prints the right side of January on page 2
which is on the back of page 1.
