duplex printing reverse side upside down

I print to a Minolta Di620. Which has duplex printing.
When I duplex print, the reverse side is upside down. Is
there some switch/command/hidden something that I'm
missing?? WordPerfect handles it fine, but I can't make
it work in Word 2002. Thanks!!!
