Duplicate appointments in Outlook Calendar

I imported my Calendar from my office computer. When
importing I selected the box not to duplicate
appointments, but that is exactly what I got. I also
received duplicate holidays past and present. This makes
for a very nasty calendar. I want to delete all of the
duplicate appointments without having to remove Office XP.
Is there any way to perform this task?
