I'm having issue for which I've found an exact match in
the knowledgebase.
Article ID: 312269
"The update method results in duplicate calendar entries
in Outlook 2002"
The resolution instructs me to contact Microsoft Support
Services to obtain the fix.
When I did that it was very frustrating and utlimately
fruitless.
Can you please get me pointed in the right direction to
get this fix?
