Am migrating users from lotus notes to outlook 2003. Some but not all users
get a prompt when opening outlook for the first time asking if they want to
import schedule + calendar. If they click yes then calendar entries are
duplicated in Outlook. They have never used Sched +. Outlook is installed
by remotely and exchange migration tool used to copy notes profile. users
still have notes client installed for database access but closed to new mail.
no local profiles are stored. anybody any ideas why the prompt and how to
prevent it? Thanks.
