Switch to a table view- by category works well- and select all, copy and
paste into the other calendar.

She wants to be able to have a live duplicate in her calendar so his meeting
will show on her blackberry.
He has a very dynamic schedule and she will have to copy multiple times in a
day to make that work.

you'll need an addin or vba code that will copy his calendar to her
calendar. Some of the tools here:
