Duplicate calender entries after accepting a meeting request

Hi,

I have a client who is using Outlook 2002 SP3
When the user receives a meeting request he opens in and
clicks on accept.
When he goes to his Calendar the meeting as duplicated
itself and can be seen in everyday up to the day of the
meeting.
This happens with all meeting requests that he receives.

We have tried
Outlook /cleanfreebusy, /cleanviews, /resetfolders.
We have also tried detect and repair.

Any other ideas?
