I have issues limited options available for duplicate checking. Should allow
to check by phone number or email or full name. What if a company merges and
all other info remains the same. The current defaut will create a second
contact. I am also finding that duplicates are being created when the
duplicate checking options is on (tools, options, contact options:check for
duplicate contacts). This maybe occuring when I drag a contact from Contacts
to Business Contacts, not from an email vcf card. Any thoughts on how to
better manage duplicates? The older version used to allow for editing of cell
contents in the phone view. This was helpful when a company moved as you
could simply copy and paste new addresses to all contacts.
