Duplicate Contact Folders

I have MS Office XP Professional v2002 loaded on my computer.

Somehow I have ended up with two contact folders. When I click the TO
button the first contact folder that opens has no contacts listed. I then
click on the second folder and there are all my contacts.

My question is: How do I delete the empty contact folder?

Control Panel->Mail Icon->Accounts->Directories->View or Change. Remove the extra instance from there.
