I'm using Internet Explorer to download a CSV file from a
Unix server to the desktop. When the File Download
dialog box comes up, I select the "Open" option to open
the Excel workbook with the contents of the CSV file. If
I do this download more than once, with different source
data, I get the same data in the workbook the second
time. The third time, it's different. Consequently, I
have to be very careful to check out the data prior to
using it.
It's almost as if the data is buffered or queued??
