Duplicate date shows when printing calendar in Outlook 2003

Duplicate date shows at top of page when printing calendar in Outlook 2003.
Also displays in print preview. How do I remove the duplicate?

I am a bit confused. What date? Every meeting shows twice? or are
you referring to the small calendars at the top of the page showing
the same month? or ...?

Please give a bit more detail.
