duplicate design on same page and rotate

I have a postcard design on the top of the page. I want to duplicate all the
text and formatting with one copy to the bottom half of the page and rotate
it 180.
How can it be done without having to redo the design in pieces?

I have done this by cheating a little - do a print screen, paste it into
another document and crop so you have the portion you require. You can then
rotate the 'picture' you have created
