Duplicate e-mails in Outlook XP

It seems that since I downloaded Service Pack 3, Outlook
is duplicating every e-mail I download from my server.

Is this a know problem? I cannot access the knowledge
base as I keep getting an error that is is temporarily
unavailable.

Is there any workaround?
