Duplicate e-mails

Outlook keeps downloading duplicate e-mails from my e-
mail server. is there anyway i can prevent this?

Are you using e-mail anti-virus scanners? Perhaps there
is an infected file that the anti-virus product is trying
to stop causing the server to replicate the download of
messages..Log into your web mail interface and delete the
infected message.
