May be a dumb question but, running OL 2002 on notebook at two different locations (Home and office) accessing 2 email accounts, work and private, I often get duplicate emails to the same account. This most likely happens when I download at both locations while the message is still on the server. Shouldn't it sense the duplication? No help at Dell as usual.
