I have two users sharing a PST file using third party software.
They both have their accounts setup to access the SAME internet email account.
They both need to send / receive email and they both need to share EVERYTHING.
What is happening is that people that receive email from them soemtimes get
duplicates, triplicates, etc.
My theory is this is due to them sharing the Outbox and when one sends a
message the other may be hitting send / receive thus the duplicates.
Any suggestions, work arounds, etc. That is besides the obvious of them not
sharing email and sharing the same internet email account.
