I'm sure this has been asked before but I can't find an answer in the
archives.
I have 2 machines. On my laptop I have a rule to leave messages to a
particular account on the server so I can collect them later on the
other machine. Each time I check this account all the emails that are
on the server are downloaded. As it can be some time before I get to
download them on the other machine how can I stop this happening? When
I was using Outlook Express this wasn't a problem as the same rule
prevented any emails already delivered being delivered again, it's just
since I swapped over to using Outlook XP that the problem occurs.
I don't know if it makes any difference but the emails go through
Mailwasher before downloading.
TIA
