hi there..
whenever a user sends an email to more than 1 user, for instance 3 users,
all 3 of them will receive 3 copies each.
this only happens if the user is using microsoft outlook. the problem is not
there if he uses outlook express.
Why is it so?.. Also, I have an exchange installed in the office also.
