Duplicate entries in MSP_WEB_PROJECTS

When I published a project it added 2 entries for the
project in MSP_WEB_PROJECTS table with a different
PROJ_TIMESTAMP. Also am not able to view the plan in the
web access. It gives up a message saying "Either the
project is not published or no information to view".
Kindly help me out.

Siva:

It sounds like you used a Save As to create a new version of the plan. This
is not the correct procedure. If you need to totally replace an existing
plan in production, you must first delete the current published version.
Perhaps if you explain what you're trying to accomplish, we can offer some
advice on best practices.
