Duplicate entries in spreadsheet

Is it possible to filter or sort a spreadsheet (Excel 2007) and automatically
eliminate duplicate entries?

Use an advanced filter, and select "Unique records only".

In Excel 2007, there is also an option to Remove duplicates (Data > Data
Tools)
