Hello,
Outlook 2003, SP1
Exchange 2003, SP1
I have a user who is scheduling rooms for a meeting as resources. She IS
designating them as a resource when creating the meeting. She did not send
on behalf on anyone, but on her own calendar so as to be the organizer.
She sends out the request, but when she looks at tracking, it does indicate
acceptance.
If I log on as the resource it shows duplicate meetings with one being
"Busy" and the other as "Tentative", but they contain the exact same
information even though the request was sent once.
On the resource, it IS configured to automatically accept as a resource and
to not accept a request if the time is already booked.
Any help is greatly appreciated. Also, if a MVP needs a screen shot I do
have them.
