I use a 3 G, 3.o, iPHONE. I sync with Entourage using sync services. It
worked great.
When I upgraded to Leopard all of a sudden when I synced the iPHONE I got a
prompt during calendar sync saying that it was going to add 784 events. I
said yes and it ADDED all the holidays I had in already. Bummer. I now
have 5 and 6 deep holidays. I was told by a tech person that this has been
identified as a serious issue. Does anyone know if this has been addressed?
At Apple or at Microsoft. Maybe it has to be at Apple because when the sync
comes from the iPHONE side it is syncing with the Entourage Calendar within
iCAL.
I know how to delete the Holidays-----wow, a clumsy and lengthy effort. And
I don't want to do that and then sync my iPHONE again and get the same
result.
Or, will this problem not be an issue if I use MobileMe?? A Microsoft
technician just told me that the duplication of holidays is more of an Apple
problem than a Microsoft problem.
