Duplicate install logs of Office 2003?

Outlook shutdown abnormally. It wants to open in safe mode. Fails to open
completely. Wants to repair. Asks for CD. Looking for fils sku111.cab. Can't
find it although its there. (I have original CD's) Control Panel now has 2
Office 2003 installs in the Add/Remove Program section. Re-installs Office
from scratch. Asks to register all over again, etc. Suggestions?
