Duplicate Item Entries in Outlook Calendar from Project Server

Hi,
Has any one had problems with users with Outlook integration receiving
multiple entries for the same project everytime the tasks are updated and
re-published.
Also when you try to delete the duplicates you receive an unknown Error
code: 14.
