Duplicate macros listed in Tools

I have a logic program add-in macro in word. However, it is listed four
times in the drop down menu on the Tools tab. How do I get rid of the
duplicates?

Hi, Dale. Press Ctrl+Alt+hyphen (your cursor should change to a thick black
underline shape), click on Tools, and click on an unwanted menu entry to
delete it. Be careful what you click on when the "destructive cursor" is
active.
