Duplicate meeting request sent out

Hi, I sent out a meeting request to certain number of users. The next day I
got a call that I had resent the same meeting twice. The same thing happened
the next day. This problem is random in the sense that when I looked at my
sent items, I see the same meeting had been sent out in two respective cases
without me initiating the request.

I really don't know why the system sent out the same meeting twice without
my intervention. Pls note I have also experienced the same thing with few
other meeting requests I sent out.

Any ideas to why this meetings are been sent out with me initiating it?
