A delegate is the meeting organizer for someone else's
calendar. The delegate creates the meeting and sends it.
The owner's calendar shows the meeting twice. Both are
shown as tentative. When the owner accepts, one shows as
tentative and the other as busy. Before accepting the
meeting is in twice and after accepting its in twice?
This is with Outlook 2003. Is it because the delegate is
creating the item on her calendar? But she would need to
know that the meeting is taking place. Any ideas why this
would happen. I'm baffled. Thanks.
