I was wondering if anyone has come across this behavior. I'm get the same
message in my Outlook inbox twice. It's seem like, after Outlook downloads a
message the first time it doesn't mark the message as having been downloaded
and it will then download the message a second time. This can happen on the
same Send/Receive query to the POP Server or upon the next Send/Receive
query. It seems to be a problem with Outlook 2003 and not my POP Server
because I setup the same mail account in Netscape 7.1 and was not able to
duplicate the behavior.
