Duplicate Messages

I'm having problems with messages getting stuck in my Outbox which causes my
recipients to receive emails from me numerous times. Any ideas???

The first thing to do is to uninstall your antivirus program and then
reinstall without the mail scanning feature. You should lengthen the server
timeout value in your account properties as well.
