I am weaning myself off of ACT. I made extensive use of a feature that
essentially allowed me to post the same note/history (e.g. "sent materials
out 6/1") to an entire category of contacts at once. How might one do that in
Outlook2003?
By 'note' I am visually referring to the large text field that appears on
the Contact window, General tab.
Any help appreciated.
