Duplicate "Out of Office" Functionality For Different Groups

I'm trying to duplicate the functionality of the "Out of Office" function (send email response to incoming message) but to have different email responses for differnt groups (i.e. my office versus outside world.)

Using the rules wizard I can complete the filter action on the incoming mail without problem, but with the "have server reply using a specific message" action, it does not appear that the incoming mail senders address is being added to the message.

If I test the rule from an outside email server, the response message ends up in my office inbox, not sent out to the original mail sender that triggreed the rule/action.

Any ideas?

Contact your mail admin and ask if automatic replying to the Internet has
been enabled on the Exchange server.

FWIW: Outlook 2007 icw Exchange 2007 can do this without settings rules but
directly from within the OOF.
