Duplicate Projects Appear in Project Web Access

We have encountered the Duplicate Projects Appear in
Project Web Access (knowledge base article 812639). Does
anyone know where I can download hotfix 812639 without
paying the $99?

If you are a licensed user, then the hotfix will be free.
You will need to call Support and specify the hotfix
bulletin number. They will wave the fee. And don't ask
any other questions or you will need to pay.
