I have read the Micrsoft Knowledge Base article (812639) on the hotfix for
duplicate project listings. My question is this: exactly WHAT does the
hotfix do?? If you read the article, it states that this is a client side
fix, and it plainly states that this fix does not prevent duplicates from
occurring. That's all well and good, but what DOES it do and how does it do
it?
