duplicate PWA login

Using Windows Authentication we have a user that is being logged in as a
different user. (ie...Sue is logged in as Sue on her machine, but when she
logs into PWA the home page says "Welcome to Project Web Access Bob". Bob
logs in as Bob just fine.

I have checked the enterprise resource pool and both users have the correct
lan account listed. I looked at the Resource tables in the database and I
don't see any duplicated UIDs.

I deleted the cookies and the ActiveX control from Sue's computer and
re-installed but it still has the problem. I tried deleteing the favorite
and doing a LOGOUT/LOGIN.

I had her log in on a different computer and it worked. So, it is a local
PC cached something problem. Anyone have a clue what
cookie/control/regsetting/hidden file/....... might be causing this?

I am not sure if it is a cookie issue. Just check the following.

Go to Admin -> Manage Users and Groups
Select Sue and click Modify User
Check the User Name on that page and the windows user account info.

Also, repeat this for Bob.

I have a feeling the user name is not correct in Admin section.

Her user name is correct and account info is correct in PWA->Admin->User. If
she logs into someone elses computer as herself and then accesses PWA it
connects as her account properly. It is only on her machine that it connects
as someone else. I have verified that she is logged in on her workstation as
herself when this happens. It is very weird.

Jeff,
I don't know what else could be causing this. Hope someone else can
provide more insight into this.
