User is running OL 2003.
1. When a person replies to an email the user has sent, the user gets
the reply but with his email address appearing twice in the TO field.
Any ideas why?
ie:
From: Calvin Lai
Sent: Friday, January 14, 2005 11:04 AM
To: 'John Doe'; 'John Doe'
Subject: RE: other email errors
2. The user has rules set up and he gets the following error
occasionally:
The operation could not be completed because the connection is busy
performing other tasks.
When that happens, the particular rule gets unchecked by itself.
Any ideas?
