Duplicate Records Retrieval

I need to run a report, upon command (macro?) when there are duplicate
records entered, specifically in the names field. I then need to have the
duplicates exported to a printable report format.

Base your report on a query created by the Find Duplicates Query Wizard.

In Access 2003 and earlier, click the New button in the queries window and
select Find Duplicates Query Wizard.

If you cannot do that post the names of your names fields and the name of your
table and someone (possibly me) can construct a query that will identify the
records with duplicate information in the specified fields.
