I am trying to use the project Import Wizard in migrating Project Server 2003
plans to Project Server 2007 plans.
One big issue I am having, is that some of these plans have actuals and are
in progress, and when I run the import, it is adding both the original
resource 9from 2003 which is spelled first name, last name) as well as the
new resource as it exists in 2007.
I am a bit confused, since I am "mapping" the old resource on the plan to
the 2007 enterprise resource when I go through the wizard.
Migration works much smoother on plans with no actuals entered. Is this a
limitation on a 2007 migration for current projects that originate in 2003 PS?
Has anyone seen this?
