Duplicate responses from Outlook

I have Windows 2000 running MS Outlook 2000 and my cousin
is running a version of MS Outlook as well. I don't know
what version or what she has for a PC.

Yesterday she sent me a basic email and it started to send
12-15 duplicate messages soon after!? She ran her virus
software and it did not detect any viruses, so I'm
wondering if there is some switch in Outlook she may have
indadvertently touched that started this?
