duplicate rows when printing

Hi,

What I have is in Row 3:
A B C D E F
3 Date Ref Hours Revenue Cost Margin

Data is 400 rows deep

What I need to do is when printing, have the Date, Ref,
Hours etc on the top row, without having to look at the
first page all the time.

Can this be done?

Go to File, Page Setup, Click the sheet tab. Under Print titles select
the rows or columns to repeat at the top of each printed page.

File > Page Setup..., select the Sheet tab in the dialog, and enter Print
Titles.
